Master Business Coaching works with the part of the individual that is intrinsic to them, their core, and identity, what they uniquely bring to the table. This does not include skills or knowledge, it is inherent to who they are.

For this reason the coaching program best targets individuals who have reached an impasse in their career or development requirements as a leader, where they understand that more input in terms of technical or functional training (that is, management skills) the smaller the return on investment is for their efforts and program costs. Commonly known as the law of diminishing returns the leader has reached an invisible barrier in their development requirements where more (technical and functional development) does not equal better.

The focus for the Master Business Coaching Program is to identify the key goals and outcomes needed, together with quickly identifying what habitual frames of mind and behavioural modes are causing unwanted results and holding the individual back from producing the kind of results they know they can or should be producing. These modes include ways of valuing, emoting (emotional intelligence), and thinking, choosing and behaving. Over time they naturally become fixed and enduring and more likely out of day to day awareness. Through examination, the right tools and a skilled coach these default patterns can be dismantled, examined, changed or enhanced.  Shining a light on how someone does what they not what or why (that is the traditional approach) causes choice, together with permanent and significant change. The outcome of this has a significant ripple effect reaching beyond that of traditional coaching.

 

The methods employed are a robust tool set utilising a proven multidisciplinary approach incorporating the fields of Neuro Science, Neural Edge Technologies, Linguistic Gramma, Metaphysics and Brain Research that have been extensively developed over 18 years of experience.

 Stage 1: Have/Want Strategy Meeting.

The outcome of the Have/Want Strategy Meeting has 7 intentions:

  1. To identify how the mind is coded and how this shapes our “worldview”.
  2. Map out key beliefs, attitudes and or values that have produced a single theme through business life
  3. To uncover, with pinpoint accuracy, beliefs/filters, attitudes or values that are impeding success and causing unwanted results,
  4. To identify the unique aspects that are at the core of who and what they are identifying the key behavioural modes that are their strengths that are relied on to create success,
  5. To unpack key beliefs and clearly explain how their current results and complaints are perfectly aligned with their beliefs and behaviours,
  6. To identify ways forward they can adopt that will put them on the path they want. Including the feedback from their sponsor about what they believe needs to be developed within the program
  7. Discover what they have really been valuing that is causing unwanted results.

This high impact session uncovers elements (highlighting the individuals blind spots) that they may be unaware of. At the end of this session participants are able to clearly understand how they have produced the kinds of results they are experiencing.

Stage 2: Coaching Program Design and Sign off.

From the output of the Have/want Strategy Meeting a Coaching development program is developed.  Each session is carefully architected to produce lasting change and move the individual towards their goals. As the individual or the Coach decides that there is an opportunity to work together then the next stage will proceed.  If not, a fee will be charged representing the cost of the strategy meeting.

You will receive your program outline that will detail the purpose for each session as identified in the Have/Want Strategy Meeting. Once sign off has been finalised program sessions are scheduled.

Stage 3: The Coaching Program Delivery.

 The Coaching Program occurs over 6 sessions of 2 hour sessions scheduled to suit the individual’s timetable (weekly or fortnightly).

We work with how another thinks they are being held back; either limiting their results or creating unwanted issues

  • We remove invisible barriers that are obstacles to better business results
  • The changes experienced are exponential not incremental (broad reaching)
  • The change in thinking is permanent and fast
  • The program will give you back more time to think.  We all have the same amount of time a day. But often thinking time is taken up with worries and concerns that remain unresolved. Bandwidth that has previously been unavailable is freed up so that productivity in thinking is dramatically impacted
