Proven Methods

What makes someone like Roger Federer the best in their field is not their skill, sure they need a high level of technical ability but it’s not their technical ability that makes them the best; it’s their thinking.

How does it work?

The Master Business Coaching Program focuses on the core of you. It is the part of all that you do, intrinsic to who you are and what you uniquely bring to the table. This does not include skills or knowledge, it is inherent to who you are.

For this reason the program best targets individuals for example, who may have reached an impasse of sorts in their career, where they understand that adding more industry skills to their knowledge base will not improve their results.

The initial focus for the coaching is to identify what are the talents you bring to the table including what holds you back or stops you producing your desired results. Shining a light on how you do this is one of the the Coaching programs primary focuses. These patterns can then be dismantled, examined, changed or enhanced.

What happens in the brain?

Over time some thoughts become more ingrained in the neurology than others. Continually running a single or cluster of thoughts repeatedly creates stronger neural connections.

This is similar to a dirt road that emerges after driving across a paddock over time. If traffic continues to build eventually a bitumen road will be laid down. As more traffic continues to travel on this road, the road will widen to become a more permanent road. As more traffic starts to travel this road the road grows again and becomes a freeway, as more time passes with with more traffic a major highway will evolve.

This is what happens as more thoughts are attracted to a single thought over time. The result of this is that the cluster of thoughts eventually forms a belief. Beliefs and filters are fixed and enduring. They powerfully guide our decisions and shape our interactions, choices and opinions.  These beliefs operate predominantly out of day to day awareness. During the Coaching program these can be identified, dislodged and even changed.

The methods employed during the Coaching program are a proven multidisciplinary approach incorporating the fields of Neuroscience, Neural Edge Technologies, psychology, Metaphysics and Brain research that have been extensively developed over 18 years of experience.
